Meet The Partners
Padmaja Chinta is an experienced intellectual property attorney and trial lawyer. Paddy has counseled clients on all aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis on litigation. She has extensively litigated cases in federal courts from inception of suit through trial and appeal. Her cases span a broad spectrum of technologies with a particular focus on the Tech field and Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation.
Francelina “Fran” Perdomo is a passionate ally of the creative entrepreneur. She is fully versed in domestic and international business models, she can navigate the complex twists and turns of any commercial arena, in the U.S.A. or overseas. Fran is an expert in all aspects of Corporate, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, and a savvy entrepreneur who understands the challenges of developing and growing a business.
Andrew “Andy” Berks Andy is an experienced patent attorney who helps his clients obtain and enforce their patent rights. Understanding client needs and business objectives is a critical factor that sets him apart from other patent attorneys. Andy has significant experience counseling clients, developing patent strategies, and evaluating legal issues.
Peter Fratangelo is an experienced patent and IP litigation attorney whose practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property litigation and counseling. Peter believes that one size does not fit all when it comes to IP strategy, and provides legal services tailored to each client’s situation. He has represented clients in diverse matters, including biotechnology, industrial chemistry and manufacturing, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, aviation, and agricultural biotechnology.
